We met my friend, Kayren, and her kiddos (Porter & Stella) (For some reason D calls Porter, Quarter:) at the zoo this morning in Des Moines. It's a tiny little zoo, but they had fun running around. They enjoyed feeding the goats as well. Then we went to a 50's style diner called Stella's Blue Sky Diner for lunch. They pour your shakes into the glass on your head. The kids thought that was so awesome. It was a wonderful day spent with an old friend! Her kids are adorable. Too bad we aren't able to see more of each other. Sadly, I didn't get a picture of all the kids together!
